PDF-XChange Viewer can OCR your image based or scanned PDF's to make fully text searchable PDF files, add comments and annotations, and even add & apply custom stamps. This PDF utility is being replaced by PDF-XChange Editor but will remain available for download with no further updates being released. PDF-XChange Viewer promises to be a smaller, faster and more feature-rich PDF reader alternative to Adobe Reader.
