The first thing we see in Hunter x Hunter is Gon trying to catch the Lord of the Lake, a massive, elusive fish his dad managed to reel in 20 years beforehand. I’m going to be talking about the end of Hunter x Hunter here, which obviously means there will be spoilers. Hunter x Hunter (2011) is over, and it’s high time we all learned to accept that as an unequivocal fact. That would be cool - we love Kurapika in this house - but it would also need to be a whole new series.
